Parents, students, and staff,

I want to start off by saying that I am honored to be the Superintendent at Carrizozo Municipal schools. Carrizozo has long been a place of pride, dedication, and tradition. As we move forward with this next school year we will honor the traditions of Carrizozo while we guide the path of the next generation of students. I look forward to supporting each student as we begin another awesome school year.

Throughout this school year we will challenge each student to reach their highest academic potential. We encourage each student to be engaged and involved in extra-curricular activities. 

As we begin this school year, we also begin the new journey of building a new school for our students. We thank you for your support and patience as we embrace this project. It is exciting to see this project come together. 

Thank you for the allowing us to help your child achieve academic success and reach their goals as we prepare them for their futures. We welcome your questions and ideas. As the saying goes, “It takes a community to raise a child”, so let’s work together for the success of all Carrizozo students.
